Morning everyone. We noticed something very strange in the last 14 days of the British Championships. We have also been able to replicate this in a small group testing.
It appears there is a condition where we can start the games with the arbiter commands and the player is not in chess.com/live. We even managed to do it with one player in test where he was not even on chess.com. When said players come back to chess.com and chess.com/live, they cannot see the games or make a move.
It does not happen very often and in initial testing it looks like latency is involved with it.
