Hello everyone, we want now to collect feedback on the current on-going tournaments to prepare the next ones.

1-

We will open the registration for the Thematic Endgames soon, and for that the feedback on the Thematic Openings will be of interest. As of now we plan on keeping the same model, but we are open for comments on that. For instance, there's some questions:

• Can we keep the Open/U1400 divisions?
• Is 5+/3+ players making sense, should we increase? Is it useful at all?
• Is the current frequency (one round every two weeks, alternated) convenient?
• We had one topic for both, should we split it, or can we keep it like this?

Note that for the endgames the games should converge faster.

2-

We will be working on the next Vote Chess competition, right now we want to have at some point a VC 960, and a Thematic VC. Those will not be fast-pace. We are welcoming expression of interest for the one or the other, or both, to see which one to prepare first.

3-

We just finished the challenging part of the Fast VC S1. There were few teams only, we will try to recruit more for the next season. We are interested in any feedback from the teams that already took part. Is the frequency ok (one double round every two weeks), for instance?

Don't hesitate to provide any other comment or feedback that will help us improve the league.

Is the current frequency (one round every two weeks, alternated) convenient? It's ok Please no shorter in time that 2 weeks

We had one topic for both, should we split it, or can we keep it like this? The less topics the better for admins to manage

VC 960 would be a great idea . Also the endgame thematic

I would love to see an endgame thematic

• Can we keep the Open/U1400 divisions? Yes 
• Is 5+/3+ players making sense, should we increase? Is it useful at all? 5 is fine

I don’t mind a vote chess competition. Just want not too many games. So small divisions or knockout.

I would definitely keep the minimum of only 3 players for all "Under xxx" competitions. It is good to participate in at least one league where there is reduced pressure to find players. This league is the only one which offers such a low registration level for all clubs. The key point is that even a 3-board team match is meaningful in my opinion --- one board or two boards are not (at least for me).

For the "OPEN" divisions, I think the minimum of 5 players is fine.

• Can we keep the Open/U1400 divisions? Yes, Maybe add an U1100 division?
• Is 5+/3+ players making sense, should we increase? Is it useful at all? 5 is fine, 3 is fine in Uxxx competitions. 
• Is the current frequency (one round every two weeks, alternated) convenient? Once a month or all 3 weeks maybe would be better. They are too close, especially if you participate in more than one league. Not every club can handle this in a competitive way. 
• We had one topic for both, should we split it, or can we keep it like this? In my opinion it is better to have a single forum for every competition with all necessary informations. At the moment it is Ok because it is a small league so far, but if you keep on doing that good work it will grow fast I guess.
• I have no opinion to vote chess as I have no admin so far, who handle it.
