What would happen if your opponent doesn't reply to your time negotiations by 3:30 pm CST?

Both players will be notified and, unless further agreement was reached between the players, the game would be played at the default time, which is 3:30pm on weekdays and 2:00pm on weekends.
My opponent hasn't replied to my negotiations, I tried to join the google meet but it says no one replied to my request. When does our game start by default?
