As a lot of people above have said, you might be tilting. But another possibility is you are just not 1200 strength and you only get close due to natural variation in strength. To actually improve, see my Forum Post on the topic.

happened with me too, but i analyzed my games and kept going on and finally reached a rating of 1260 in rapid and 1220 in blitz
