Yeah I been hitting clear all for over an hour now, they vanish then I load up a new page and the same notifs are back again

I just got rid of my ghost notifications somehow, then they came back

I’m sat looking at 4 notifications but click the number and says no alerts

That is strange that they are gone, but the number is still there.
Never happened with me
It happened with me when I am looking at the last notification and then mouse over
Same happened here
Pretty simple, I have two notifications, but when I hover over them to see what they are, nothing shows up, and they won't go away. I just want to know how to get them to go away.
