Gambitking and I both had a series of matches, it went back in forth. One of the gambits I'm starting to learn is the gibbins gambit. Well heres the game we played. We both made mistakes but it was very interesting. It ended in a draw.

What a game! :)

I think though black should have played on.

EternalChess

Black was by far dominating.. why did you draw?

Serbianchessstar, the game was a draw because gambitking was low on time. I didn't want to win on time so I offered draw :) I'm pretty sure he would have won if he had more time.

P.S. Gambitking we have to play another series sometime.

lol what other websites do you play on? I want to join? Also in your last diagram I think you would win that last game because of your pawns. I wouldn't have enoough pieces to stop them. Maybe the queen could move to c5 and if blacks king moves to e8 force the trade of rooks. If the king moves to g8 the white queen could take d5 and threaten checkmate

The gibbins weidenhagen gambit, will never be refuted lol. We can play another friendly game so I can prove it will never be refuted ROFL

In your first diagram I dont think white should have came off the first rank. He had both of this rooks guarding him. When he came off he basically left his protection.
