I do not like giveaway at all. There are much better 2 player variants.

For all u-1000s (no offense intended, just joking), there is no difference between giveaway and normal 2pc chess

not true, a u-1000 playing giveaway will flag trying to make a non-capture when they have a capture lol

In giveaway opponent is forced to take pieces, in real chess, 1000 elo opponent will probably not notice that you hanged a piece. xD

I like duck chess personally.
