@lisachaina: I advise you to launch another one after contacting @khaled_shoair because I believe he is in charge of managing the TCMAC matches for his team. All it takes is for another admin or coordinator not to know or to act behind his back by rejecting the challenge and damage will be done to the team. I know this because it happened to me too and I had to reprimand my fellow admins and coordinators at Legio I Italica.

Are you sure you sent a challenge to my team? I don't see anything and I never received a challenge from your team. In the audit log, the challenge rejection did not appear immediately. If there is evidence that you sent the challenge, it should appear in your team's audit log. Maybe the match was cancelled and we don't know who cancelled it.
