That post is really useless at this moment. The first post has to have all the information, now it has no explanations.
Glicko rating makes good player disappear

Perhaps you should try and use Glicko instead of Glicko-2 (until the player base grows). Then the RD will only increase over time based on inactivity and not due to playing against weak opponents.
Or, when continuing to use Glicko-2, maybe try and decrease the system constant:
"The system constant, τ, which constrains the change in volatility over time, needs to be set prior to application of the system. Reasonable choices are between 0.3 and 1.2, though the system should be tested to decide which value results in greatest predictive accuracy. Smaller values of τ prevent the volatility measures from changing by large amounts, which in turn prevent enormous changes in ratings based on very improbable results. If the application of Glicko-2 is expected to involve extremely improbable collections of game outcomes, then τ should be set to a small value, even as small as, say, τ = 0.2."
@BabYagun What about my latest post? Any chance you could change the way the RD is updated, at least until the player pool grows and we get more even matches? Please, have a look at all (active) top players' RDs. I can't check, but I think most of them have increased to above 80, despite whatever number of games they have played.
