Gm chat issue

So if I'm in a gm chat, and i send something, immediately afterwards, i cant send another message. it says "please wait so send another message". i have chess.com as an app and on a sign in on a laptop, and this only happens on laptop... I'm not sure if this is a bug or what.. thanks
