@jtang2018 Nothing happens for me either. There are four horizontal lines in the background of the graph, but that is normal I believe.
Have you tried perhaps clearing the cache of temporary files (clearing history) of your browser? If not, a program called CCleaner works well. I have been using it for years and it's free.

I have my history and cookies turned off as well...
So, for my browser (Google Chrome) I experience an interesting graphics issue with the progress graphs offered on the home page. To replicate it:
1) Click on Home and go to the ratings section.
2) Select the tab "Blitz". (the top one for me)
3) For a brief moment, you should see streaks across the graph window as the graph loads.
This doesn't seem to work for any other tab, can you take a look?
