Group Tournament Ideas

OK TNW's I would like to get a tournament or two going within our group.  I'm thinking a regular chess one with two ratings groups (under 1500 + over 1500). Probably keep it to like 10 players in each tournament.  We could do another similar idea with 960...  

Any additional ideas or recommendations?  

Hi foxx I think that is a good idea.  'open' or +-1500.  I would join that.  fun way for the group to get to know each other over the board :)

OK we will get to setting them up.  We have a bunch of serious players, but not a lot of "talkers" (i guess). Playing is what we are here for, so we will get you all playing as much as you can stand ;)
