Hi friends!

Here some simple guidelines for our team matches:

1. Standard game conditions
=========================
We normally and preferrably playing team matches on following conditions:

Starting position : Standard
Game type: Standard
Days per move: 3 days per move (optionally: 5 days)
Rating: >1200 (optionally: >1600 or <1700)

Players per team, at minimum: 10
Players per team, at maximum: 75  (optionally: something between 25 to 75)
Concurrent games: 1
Auto-start: no
Games are rated: yes

In team tournaments or as agreed with our opponents in forehand from case-by-case could other settings be ok.

We normally naming the games like this:
Team Asia vs Chess Unlimited

2. Competitors
=============
- We normally only challenging or accept challanges against teams of simular size and powerness as us, i.e. meaning teams that are on the top-150 list on Team Match Leaderboard ()
- We normally not playing against :
a) any Asian or Oceanian country teams (like Team India or Team Australia) nor any Asian regional or sub-regional teams (like South East Asia or We Chat Australia-Oceania)
b) Chess Society and other teams associated to Chess Society (like Team Europe)
c) Kasparov's Chess Club nor Bobby Fischer's Group, since we're promoting these teams.

3. Amount of games in parallel
===========================

Minimum: 25
Normally: 50-75
Maximum: 100

We normally not starting up more than 5-10 challanges at the same moment. It means that we normally only should have at maximum 5-10 games open for regististration at the same moment.

We trying to keep all this on a reasonable level. From time to time we may need to adjust the level.

4. Winning ratio
==============
It's important to keep the winning ratio on a reasonable level.
We should at least always stay on a level above >45%.

This means that we avoid playing against teams where our winning ratio is lower, at least till we're better prepared to win.

5. Futhermore
=============
Any deviations from these guidelines above should be carefully considered from case to case, but preferrably and normally avoided.

However, we should be open-minded for especial events and then willing to apply proper approach.

And , some of our opponents/competitors have their special conditions for playing against other teams. Sometimes we therefor need to comprimize and agree upon other conditions. It means that we might limit the games to certain rating groups, number of players, or adjust the speed or number of concurrent games.

All members are welcome to add their special wishes or comments, or keep us informed if other teams have their certain standard conditions on which they normally prefer to apply when meeting other teams or us.

All members are welcome adding comments regarding this guidelines, and we should be open-minded for make necissary changes or clarifications when needed.

These guidelines replacing any earlier guidelines.

It's ok for anyone communicate these guidelines towards other teams.
