Halloween Challenge Tournament

Mark said only players who have 3 completed games, I think you have played definitely a lot already
Ah I see, I mean a minimum. I should fix that. You can join.

...only players with a total of 3 completed games + ongoing games may join...
doesn't that say here? Or am I understanding it wrongly?

Btw Mark, will you join this? Or will you just be the arbiter?
I don't think now is a good time for me to experiment with new pieces, but yes I will be arbiter.
The tournament has begun.
This is a tournament I am organizing featuring pieces that usually aren't used. Since it is Halloween season in America, (I don't know to what extent, if at all, it is celebrated in other countries), the tournament will feature pieces that fit the theme.
Pieces
Witch: Witches actually fit into the theme of Halloween. Rules for witches can be found here.
Hunter: As explained by @thegreatauk: "Invented by @HorribleTomato (H) - Moves as king when it does not capture. However it captures twelve squares as shown in diagram below:"
Werewolf: As explained by @thegreatauk: "Invented by @HGMuller- The Werewolf moves as a Queen, but over a maximum distance of 3 squares only (i.e. from d1 you could play Wd4, if the intervening squares are empty, but never Wd5). But it can also directly leap to the second square, if it wants to end there (i.e. you can play Wd1-d3 even when d2 is still present). If it makes such a leap, it can optionally capture the enemy piece it leaps over, (in the Checkers way, as it were), possibly in addition to what it captures on the destination square in the normal way.
A Werewolf is thus capable of double capture! This makes it stronger than an ordinary Queen. (The non-capturing leap to the second square already compensates for the missing distant moves.) It can also capture protected pieces with impunity, by jumping over them to a safe square on their other side."
There is a second clause in the explanation which says that the werewolf can only be captured with kings. I do not like this rule, so for this tournament, the Werewolf can be captured by any enemy piece. I suppose we can call the full-usage of the rules for the Werewolf the "Advanced Werewolf", similar to the "Advanced Time Thief."
Diagram for the Werewolf:
Arrows indicate squares where the werewolf can move. Colored squares indicate where the werewolf can leap. Take note that if a piece was on g4 in the above diagram, WWi4 would be illegal. It can capture pieces it leaps over, and a piece it lands on in the same move if the opportunity presents itself.
Setup
Rules
Due to the advanced nature of some of these pieces, only players with a mininum of 3 completed games + ongoing games may join. For example, if you have completed 1 game, but have 2 ongoing, you may join.
Just say join if you want to enter.
Pawns may promote to any piece besides a pawn, king, and pieces of the enemy color.
Games will be rated and follow the correspondence rules posted here.
The tournament will aim to start sometime on October 31st or November 1st. Of course, if we don't have enough players, it will start ASAP after that time.
I am aware that the witch and the werewolf have similar notation. W will be used for witch and WW will be used for werewolf.
SOO (see below) will be taken from opponents rating at the START of the tournament.
If this tournament turns popular, I will extend Pool Play to twelve-sixteen players and make the single elimination round 6 players, with the best two scorers having a first round bye so there is incentive to go 3-0 rather than securing a draw if someone is 2-0
Format
10 players may join. The first round will be Pool Play. This means all 10 players will play 3 random players, regardless of ranking or seeding. The players with the top 4 scoring results after Pool Play will move to a single elimination style knockout. Draws are final during Pool Play. If multiple players tie for 4th spot after Pool Play, strength of opponents (SOO) will be determined to see who gets in. If players draw in the knockout round, they will play again with reverse colors.

Keep in mind, high rated players such as haoming or Holograph were more likely to get low SOO's. To compensate, players with higher SOO's most likely have two whites. Players with high SOO's also have better tiebreaks, as stated in the OP.
Good luck!
