get minecraft, if you can't get minecraft then your out of options, Tlauncher is a virus and is considerably not safe.

if you can't afford minecraft currently please consider 2 options: the first option is to save up money, minecraft goes up in price with each major update, since recent updates are small i don't think the price will go up soon, option 2 is don't purchase minecraft at all, it might not be worth the price.

for #3 you press Esc and press open to LAN and set a code and tell it to your friends and they can come in your singleplayer world

For creating modpacks i recommend curseforge although jinlin1 probably ment that by forge

Down load forge then the essentials client it lets you play with friends and you can easily put your mods into Minecraft
