Open your mouth and nose and take air in and out
you are kidding right take a breath and make sure your belly is puffed up then blow out
Inhale/exhale that should work.

Expand your stomach and let air in from nostrils, and feel your diaphragm pressing down. To breath out, contract your stomach, and feel air going out of your mouth. This works even if your lungs are not functioning at full capacity. (Don't worry about oxygen to your brain, your blood will carry it there ;P)

Doesn't matter. If you are not breathing but alive still. Then don't breath.
If you can't breath and you are dead then it doesn't matter to the world.
And if you are dead, stay dead. People don't want useless discussion.
If you can't breath and still alive then go to a doctor. This is not medical community. This is chess.com
If you are joking then stop it because someone may report 911 to help you out. They locate you and for that lot of machinery is involved and if at the end they find that it is a hoax, then you are in deep legal trouble.
But if you really in trouble then repeat your statement that you can't breath, we will send police and med team
