HELP: Losing Ratings bug

I can't play as white in the arenas...! I lost like 4 games today because of this... I WANT MY RATINGS BACK PLS!

21 total I lose; from 4 games like these; you can view them on my profile and they all have 0 moves; normally they would abort but not in arenas

before you, about 3,4 forum already talk about this

So sad because My Rating decreases by only 20 It is hard to get back on track

in arena i can't start with white and i have lost

i can play when i play with black

Staff is aware of the problem and are looking into it. If you see your initial move red like that, refreshing the page will allow you to make the move.
