@SnapeSaysAlways Thanks for letting me know. At least I know it's not just me with this issue. I'm assuming it's a temporary problem, that will be addressed quite quickly once the support staff are online.

Sorry that this is a bit late, but yes, Desk.com was giving us issues (again) today. We thankfully have a new support center in the works (still with Salesforce) we should be launching at some point this summer. Hopefully, this will not happen again, but if it does, feel free to report it to us using the report a bug or send one of us online people a message.
Under the "Help" section, when I click on Ask a Question or Report Abuse, the following error screen appears. I'm assuming it's a temporary glitch, but thought it would be good to bring it to support staff's attention.
