I know how u make logos
U just need to polish ur skills
If you want to be a Admin or Coordinator You need to be hired.
They should be logo makers.
If you don't know how to it's ok as you can learn ( In my news)https://www.chess.com/news/view/how-to-create-a-logo
And then you can undergo a test ( I will give colours and theme and you need to make a logo)
If you completed the test you will be hired
According to your logo making skills you will be Coordinator and Admin.
If you are coordinator you can always work your way up up Admin
Also there will be different levels of the test based on your knowledge of logo making
If you are not that good there is no harm in trying
