Flowey suddenly morphs into something... crazy. Fight.

My thought process is that the quicker I use it the better chance I have of getting to use it twice

It hits Omega Flowey in the face. It just laughs at you.

I Pellet Storm at a height where he cannot duck or jump and then drop a Flowey Bomb, then summon vines to attack you if you try to destroy the pellets.

Stalin is so big that specification of too high to duck and too low to jump does not exist.

In that case I make it so that he would have to duck, but then the vines attack him when he tries to duck/run out of the radius of the Pellet Storm

I block the pellets with my oversized hammer, run very far away from your bomb, then use my sickle to chop your vines. 

Omega Flowey is pushing Stalin to the edge. We might've made him a bit strong.

You should either get hit by the bomb while you are blocking or get hit by the vines when you are running

So, what does he get hit by?

You are pelting me while bombing me while entangling me?

hmmm, that seems slightly unfair.

So, what happens? Do we need to balance it?

His back gets hit by the bomb as he runs away and the vines advance towards him.

I think limiting Omega Flowey to two actions at a time is probably fair.

I Pellet Storm again and make the vines attack him

thats probably more balanced yee

I block with the hammer again and doe some serious gardening work with my sickle on the vines.
