Why would she be slow?
Because I am using force pull to pull her in my direction, so she should be fighting it, and therefore would be going slow, The way a sorta imagined it would be like if an invisible harness was put on her, and I am using my mind to tug on the invisible rope she is attached to, but if she dodged by going to the right or left, then she could get out of my area of effect.
