How? He can't Flowey pellet it away, and I'll cut through any vine he puts. He has to morph back with his action, which should allow me to get a good chop on the character's legs.
I don't think he will be able to dodge but let's let him try anyway

But you backed up, also, I didn’t want to be directly behind cookie, but that’s on me I guess
Oh, I did. So I run at you and do my action. Due to me backing up, I think you have time to shapeshift back.
Tomato did back up. So I'll say that Austin can make an action before Tomato can reach him.
If he has to come to me I use one vine to go for the legs from the left, one on the right, and one to go at the axe, I do this while shooting pellets at him from all around
I dive at Flowey which should dodge the vines, and slice him up with my ax. I use my shield to block the pellets.

Tomato will get hit by one or two pellets, so he takes a bit of damage
What about the one coming straight at your axe, that one doesn’t get dodged, I have the other two grab him mid dive while the axe one keeps him from attacking me, I then hold him away from me and shoot at him, how long until borrow is recharged?
Diving also dodges the one going for my ax, I presume, or is fast enough so I slice you beforehand.
If he dives it will dodge the one going for the axe.
Your Burrow will not be recharged anytime soon. It takes quite a bit. I don't see you ever actually stopping the axe, so I think you get hit. The vine you used to block it will be cut in half and I THINK you will die. I may be wrong tho
Actually, it's not going to take that long to recharge burrow. I'm all for beating austin, but I made the rules say the less distance someone burrows, the faster their burrow recharges. It's your decision on whether the actions that took place buy enough time for burrow to recharge, but I'm just reading from the rules here.
"Burrow- Burrow under and move anywhere on the map. Recharge time is based on how far you burrow. Enemy will not know where you burrow."
