Better is to stream via casting. ChromeCast/Apple TV/Samsung casting.

But as cool as that would be, it would be really hard to have programming 24/7 without significantly lowering the quality of the shows. Internet streaming is really the best option right now.
that sounds good ,but that would take a lot of coding.
