Short answer: No, and you're supposed to post stuff like this comment on the Custom Position Workshop (pinned forum and in the directory).
Long answer: Realistically, no. Unless you are somehow able to pull off something that requires a lot of pieces, like Atomic Armadegon, then any piece spam variant won't work. The reason most piece spam variants fail and Atomic Armadegon succeeds is about pacing: while Atomic Armageon has a substantial number of pieces, the game progression is quick due to atomic and hill. Most piece spam variants, such as Crazy Cavalier, don't work because it is really just slow-paced gameplay with too many trades. Before you mention War For Throne and Storming The Castle, yes, they do also have slow-paced gameplay and lots of trades, but the former's idea is securing at least one corner, while the latter's idea is getting through a choke point. In your position, and in many piece spam positions, the entire game is just players spending the first 25 or so moves achieving nothing but trading off pieces, making virtually no progress into the game. Additionally, I noticed that this is a 14x14, and you have pieces that move 1 square. This is another bad thing known as Bringing A Knife To A Gun Fight. Basically, you don't want a large board with short-range pieces.

I was about to bring up it being "generic chess position," where it's just an imitation of a standard setup without too much of an idea, like Courier Chess and Gothic Chess.
