Study up your openings up to about move 5 or 6.   Maybe one or two variations off the mainline.  Don't get overwhelmed.  Review your games on chess.com and at the bottom of the analysis it will tell you want you need help on.... then use custom puzzles that address your weakness with your current rating range.  Do about 50 puzzles and if you can get roughly 90% then you have improved that weakness.

I really dont know cause I was 1100 then i did really good in a tournament gaining 200 rating so i became 1300 so yea.

Idk i went straight from 1200 to 1400

    USCF online ratings because these are the only truly meaningful ratings)
