Having fast animation and premoves increases your move speed. The connection is also important. Trade and take free pieces if there are any. Then, flag your opponents or sac your king when you have many points. You will get your rating back. 4pc is for fun, right?

121 points? That's nothing.
Take it from me, I play a lot of hyper, and not just fiesta. A few days ago, after I hadn't played some fiesta for a while, I lost 300 points, going from around 2680 to around 2380 in about an hour. That wasn't fun at all, but it happens with hyper all the time. The thing is, since the games go so fast, on a "good day" you can gain 150, 200, maybe even 300 points. On a bad day, you might lose that much, it's just a part of hyper.
As for actual fiesta strategy, I wouldn't be the best person to ask because fiesta isn't my "main" hyper variant, but I still get a relatively decent win rate. I'd agree with @kingandqueen2017 on the in-game strategy for hyper.
try to get your king in a good position. it helps a lot

@qfcbv has created some good guides in this forum, I recommend that you check those out. Besides that, do a lag test before you play and don't play if there is any lag. Use premoves frequently but not when your right can take advantage of it by cheap king-taking tricks.

In hyper if you lose, points will drop quickly, if you win, points will higher quickly
im a 1600player i had 1721 so i lost 121 points in a day and im on the emotional side
what should i do?
