How (not) to end a winning game with 4 blunders in a row

Disclaimer : This is not a KIA game. But I thought I would share it here to bring some flavour. I hope its ok once a while.

I always wondered how many blunders can I manage to make in a row on a bad day - because normally when you blunder you often dont get a second chance to correct it or at best just one more chance. A game I just finished, I managed to make 4 blunders and finally getting defeated. Funny thing is that while I was making them, I wasnt realizing that those can be so bad moves ( if you want, you can just watch the last 7 moves of which last 4 are blunders and you would see that black was actually in a solid winning position ) :
