How practice for tactics

hi,

i am 1400-1500 elo in rapid. i have many many tactic problems in my games. still many hanging pieces
what study plan do you suggest for begin better at tactics. i know doing puzzles is good but which kind of puzzles do you suggest? chess.com puzzles are enough? should i add some mate puzzles? how much time should i spend of each puzzle before give up?

Try doing puzzle rush survival, and don't rush it, spend as much time as you can on each puzzle, and really try to understand it.
