I don't think that people should be banned for saying things like this, although you generally don't want to hear political opinions while playing an abstract board game like 4-player chess. What is needed is a way to block individual players, to avoid playing with them again for whatever reason.

@Marignon first point was about teaming, the title of his Post. They teamed on him during the game but he still won. His second point, "such attitudes", was proven by the screenshot of some of the things being said while the game was going on. Just eliminate the chat feature during the game would solve much of this from happening.
If players want to talk about the game or spew their opinions have the chat feature come on after the game. The game is to new and blocking players will result unfortunately in even less games being played.
Players are muted or lose the privilege of playing here if they cross whatever threshold chess.com has in place. They just need to be exposed.
I played my first game in a month and again found nothing but crazy teaming.
Luckily these guys were helpless chesswise and I won.
But such attitudes make the 4-way game 100% disgusting
