If I wanted to play a 3-minute game with two seconds increment per move against you, I would enter the following under the Alerts tab:

/challenge Joker-Jamal 3 2

Usually the Alerts tab is in the lower right part of the screen, along with Events, Games, and Archive, but that may depend on your settings. If you activate that tab, there will be a line at the bottom where you can enter the commands.

As a postscript to FM Schemato's excellent advice: The Alerts tab was originally invisible on my 'Live Chess' board but became visible when I clicked on a 'Simple board' tab:
