"if you decide to go for f6 and he plays Nc3, I advise you to go for c6, e3 then d5"
If I go for d5, doesn't he put my king in check, and then I have to sack my pieces?

No, if I go c6, e3, d5. After d5 he would move his knight to C7 putting my king in check and forcing QxC7. Or am I misunderstanding you?
After 1.Nh3 f6 2.Nc3 c6 3.e3, white is probably winning, however 3...d5 offers more practical chances for black than 3...e6.
i cant tell if this has been said already, but what i do when i play this opening is i sac the knight on b5, and when they take i replace with bishop. then when they block i then sac on g5 and they can't take bcos theres a forced win with the queen going first to h5, then to d5, then to c6 and they cannot take as it would remove the pinned knight and put them in check
if they do not take the g5 knight and instead play Bg4 then you block with your queen, and they cannot take as then you jump in with the knight to e6.

@BlackPanda2022 either he loses the king to the bishop instantly or if he moves to f7, white plays nf4 and he loses king no matter what he does next

Ok playing d5 on move 3 seems like a pratical solution. It blocks the queen from being able to sweep across. Thanks! I don't know how to use engines to test, but if someone is able, please let us know what you come up with.
Im around 2400, so Idk if ya wanna heed my advice. in terms of nh3, I play e6. check out some of the lines, they're pretty decent.
Please let me know the exact moves to exploit this opening. Thank you
