how to create thematic daily tournaments?

I want to learn some openings on thematic tournaments but only thematic tournaments that i can join are in PCL. Can you help me with creating one of them without any club?

Any premium members can create thematic daily tournaments. There's no club linked / club specific daily tournaments.

In PCL we do Thematic team matches. There's a confusion in naming that was introduced by the club interface update two years ago.

Do you need to be in a club to do it though?

I only know how to do them in clubs
