the saddest thing is that rating rlly doesnt matter, cuz one could be cheating for all we know, but we can tell how good someone is by there puzzle battle/rush

everyone knows this is fake, ur not eligible to give titles, neither is ur skill enough for a GM, so stop trying to scam ppl, and the fact that u only want unrated means ur afraid

unfortunately, ur somewhat low on that department as well. thus, i dont think u have the right to award GM titles anyway

actually we shouldn't, this is a SKAM he just put a fake rating on his profile and try to pretend to be a 2600 player when he's just 600

not 2600, his estimated rating when i played him was like 900
