1. Don't play Blitz on chess.com as premoves completely ruin the style of it, play it on lichess instead as your opponent can't flag you by just spamming premoves.
2. Play 5|0 blitz, it's the best format if you actually want to gain rating without the issue of time pressure
3. Do puzzle storms on lichess, as these are good for pattern recognition.
How to get better at blitz?

1. Practice puzzles.
You can't get too good at puzzles. If you want checkmate puzzles go to custom puzzles.
2. Think to yourself "what if I do it anyway"
Let's say the opposing king is protecting a pawn from your queen., think "what if I do it anyway?" what if you sacrifice the queen?
3. Practice playing longer games.
When you play games, you should think about your moves adequately. If you can't do this easily, play longer time controls or play online tournaments on something like rapid or something else.
4. Set goals
Set a goal to get to a certain rating before a specific day. This can improve your rating.
5. Get Chess books
I remember my rating skyrocketing after getting a chess book. It probably will help.
6. Set a number of games you lose before stopping.
I would personally say 5 games but if you lose 3 in a row you really should, even if haven't yet lost 5 in a row. This should combat tilt.
7. Target Isolated pawns
If there is a pawn that doesn't have any buddies alongside it, you can exploit that pawn and then shift targets to either the king, a pawn or another piece. This can give you an advantage late into the game.
8. Review every single game.
This seems so basic, but it can really help. It can help you understand weaknesses in your play and can indicate where you can improve.
9. Use Chessbook.com this is an opening trainer that can help you get better in your openings and weak areas.
10. When you have made a mistake, investigate it.
If you make a blunder, miss, mistake, or even an inaccuracy, find out why it is bad.
I hope these ten chess tips help improve your Blitz rating and help yourself in other time controls.

1. Master opening principles.
2. Practice consistency with one rapid game a day.
3. Puzzles upon puzzles to practice your tactics: Lichess has lots for free with specific themes geared toward training weaknesses.
4. Play 10 minute games only. Since you are at 360 elo, bullet and blitz will only detriment your chess skills because it's all about speed and instincts.
5. When reviewing your games, make sure you actually go in and see where your mistakes were. Without doing this, you can't improve.
6. Don't get distracted while playing. Focus on the game at hand.
7. Set timestamps for specific moves and aim to get a large advantage on the clock. 5|0 blitz is excellent for starting. 3|0 is too fast-paced.

Right now it seems the problem isn't so much the format as the chess skill. Don't worry about the time control stuff for now. Generally the more you play a format the more you'll get used to it. Right now you want to get better at the game of chess in general. If you're not very high-rated, you want to take your time (rapid is better than blitz) and get good at taking your opponent's pieces while not letting him take your pieces. Once you've got some experience, you will develop some "chess intuition" which will help you play blitz faster.
Before online chess I only played classical chess in-person. So I want to know how to improve at blitz games.
