How to get refund?

Are there any other ways to request refund?

I did it a while back, took a couple of days but they will come back to you

Chess.com Support is not answering emails any more.

You have to go through the AI bot on the Support page.

Refunds are automated. Sometimes there is a delay. Also there is a time/game limitation for refund eligibility. I believe your game with the account closed FPV must be within two months and 100 games at the time control you played in their history (whichever comes first).
