1. Check the forum topic named Negotiation+Results forum and find your opponent if you have signed up for a quad.
2. On the forum, address your opponent and give the time range that you can play with a time zone. For example: Hello [opponent] I can play everyday play 3pm to 10pmEST every day.
3. Assuming your opponent responds the same way, find a time that matches between both opponents and set the time to play.
4. Once it is time to play, write a comment on the forum saying you are ready to play.
5. If no time can be decided on but both players have clearly made an attempt to negotiate, then at the end of the round, both players will receive a 1/2 bye.
6. If one player doesn't show up on the agreed time and the game can not be finished in the time frame of the round, the person who no-showed will usually be forfeited. If one person obviously made an attempt to negotiate while another made no attempt, the person who made an attempt will usually be granted a forfeit victory
