How to pin a message in forum?

I trying to pin a message in the forum of my club ( im super admin) but I can't find the pin button. I alr asked chatgpt but I still can't find it. Admins, can you reply to this message?

In english it's called "stick forum topic" in that menu which is either at the bottom on small screen or on the right on big screens.
