How to play the scandinavian defense

Apparently after Nc3 attacking the queen the better move is to pin the knight by playing stockfish says when I review games I play with Scandi

Ok in my opinion if you are talking about being white, do not play this. Please take the pawn. In bullet or blitz i would advise this line. In rapid just play the regular exd5 Qxd5 and Nc3, chess.com has a video on this openeing. This is the line I play

Why are you asking opening theory questions in an improver's forum? Learning theory won't help you improve, and you also don't need to be asking on a forum. Watch some videos or read an article.

White almost never goes e5 (it’s a mistake). Main line is e4 d5 exd5 Qxd5 Nc3 Qa5 d4 c6 Nf3 Bf5 Bc4.

Because he wanted to. I don't see a real problem as it isn't hurting anyone.

As black? c5. You then have the option of attacking e5 with the queen's knight and other means, or completely ignoring it for the hour and fianchetto your bishop and castle kingside. As a Scandi player, I loved when white pushed their pawn to e5. As a French Defence player, I'm very accustomed to that e5 push as well (advance variation).
