How to revive the club

We can't
Funny how you said that while you haven't tried
But seriously this club has a good member foundation (500 members). If there are no ppl who wants this club to succeed within that 500 then
Active members and active owner. I believe that this club will never be as active as it once was unless @Viznik gets online more often, or maybe if we get a new leader that's active on most days.

Wait till fall when people start coming in doors. Everything related to chess dies off this time of year

@Viznik being offline more is one reason because the club leader really can play a role in revitalizing; their lack of presence isn't the only reason though.
The greater reason this club lost activity was because a lot of members were ciphened (for one reason or another) to the club Den of Patzers:

I still like Beginners & Masters Club, but that doesn't mean one has to pick only one of the two groups. I'm a member of both clubs now, but if you want to rejuvenate Beginners & Masters club, then find a way to boost its club activity yourself

Then I need a good team-

Yes, I agree. After all, the owner is another member of the club. I probably could do something to increase the club's activity... but that's a lot of work and it's the end of the semester. With chess.com's huge player base alone it shouldn't be too difficult to find members willing to be active, but it would be fairly time consuming to gather the new members.
I need to finish up with projects and papers until the end of the semester, but after that I should have a lot more time on my hands and maybe then we'll see this club getting back on its feet.
