It is telling that there are no rated games in this position even though I remember playing more than 100 games in this position. Am I using this wrong or do we need premium for this.

Try instead by starting from the start position and making the moves to get there. That's limited to 5 moves I believe in basic accounts

It could be an issue with your games not being imported correctly for Explorer as well.
