When it says no quick resignations does that also mean no quick checkmates, or are checkmates that happen a few moves into the game allowed?

They are technically allowed, but refrain from using those as actual test games, since a quick mate probably means the opponent played terribly, which doesn't help with testing.

It could potentially help if it's an indicator of a common Scholar's Mate and showcases beginner strategy, but if say 50% of the testing games are just nonsense with 3 move games then it's not going to be productive.
Unfortunately if you live in a country where YouTube is blocked, this video won't work, but if requested I'll make a version that doesn't use YouTube as the embed provider
