HUGE BUG

I had vacation on for my daily games because I was leaving for a bit. Some of the games were on my opponents move when I turned vacation on, but I lost on time after they moved. I lost so many games because of this bug and I need my Elo points back please

Only the games on my move were paused

You have platinum membership, shouldn't games get put on vacation automatically?

Were these in no vacation tournaments or matches possibly?

I just spot checked a few of your daily games that you lost on time. They were all in No Vacation tournaments.

Vacation was turned on in games where he has to move

He was timed out in the games where his opponent has to move

Check the games in his Daily record that were lost on time. They are all non vacation tournaments. Take a look for yourself

What we /do/ know is that the only games that timed out were non-vacation games. These must be the games being complained about here, right? 

It seems that OP forgot that some games were in non vacation tournaments, Not a bug, just a mistake by OP

You do have to be very careful in tournament play, always check whether or not its a none vacation mode

This appeared to be the same issue for all the games I saw of yours that were lost on time recently. 

Oh ok lol whoops my bad I forgot. I was grounded so that’s why I turned on vacation
