I can't see my notifications or messages that are coming newly

I also get errors related to notifications. When I pressed clear all the notifications it still shows up again. This makes me very uncomfortable

Meaning?

Meaning, that a topic gets posted, or multiple do on the same day, about notifications, every time they lag, rather than posting in an existing topic.
