It's likely just a regular connection issue either with your device connecting to the Internet, your ISP, or VPN if you're using one. That's what you would need to verify.

Being connected to Wi-Fi or other data services doesn't mean there can't be an issue between the client and the site or that processes on the client aren't causing issues.
