If Zelda became an immortal dragon and roamed Hyrule since the zonai ages, how did she help link in botw?

So Zelda became the dragon when she and Link were down in the depths. After she got transported to the past, part of her stayed in real time. But overall, Totk happens after botw so she hadn’t turned into the light dragon yet.
