What is the rating require for that tournament?

Full details haven't been released but I think the qualifying events are open to any current members of the US Chess Federation.

Are the tournaments for those qualifing events hosted by this club on chess.com?

That is my understanding, based on some previous discussions I've had with staff. Some of the events make actually replace the scheduled events, though I'm not sure how that's going to work yet since I haven't seen the full schedule.

Just the qualifying and special events will be in the club.
