5.Run to the village and rob all houses+ kill iron Golem and now all on you own.

I do hardcore and I just get stone tools and 3 furnaces and go for a village. Then I get bread from there. go caving for iron, then go caving for diamonds
just get a few stack of dimond blocks the maybe a few netherite beacons

What I always do is get 3 blocks of wood, make a stone pick, dig down to stone or go over to a vein of stone, then mine it and immediately make stone tools.
Now considering combat against mobs or players, I would attempt to lure them onto honey blocks, disabling they're jumping ability, therefore disabling critical hits whilst on the blocks.
I always attempt to look for a village straight off the bat sometimes, although I end up as a inmate for their golem LOL.
