Idea: modding for Bulldog w/ Spirit

So I had an idea while modding a couple of spirit games (as I wasn't able to easily change the colors of the squares occupied by a 'possessed piece').  Rather than randomly having the color of the square changed, there would be a ghostly spirit hat and broom (i.e. backwards witch hat and broom) on the piece.  I thought it turned out rather well.  You can see the spirit possessing the piece.  Here's a template:

(It looks much less messy when there's only one or two of them on a board).

What do you use for your boards? Microsoft Paint?

Yep, I use MS paint.

That's really cool. I haven't played it yet, but this looks like an excellent upgrade in how a possessed piece appears. Even slightly spooky.

(also I use MS Paint. It's pretty basic but can do everything I need).

Paint 3D is a newer version of Paint.
