In response to JkCheeseChess's response of 'like getting a job in today's job market', there is a paragraph and a pledge that residues inside of the club that states you must still give feedback to the original position workshop thread, and I have made this to not be a barricade for newer players, but rather a less-moderated space and where higher-quality variant talks happen. The criteria is also quite lenient.
