do we talk in messages to teach? classrooms? etc...

no forum really explains this...

i will explain, this club is only like the info thing, to teach you need first to take a student, you are allowed to teach every levels exept advance+ but when you have a student you just start a chat whit him, and then sometimes you invite him into a classroom and teach him something, show puzzles and stuff like that

I also have 0 experience with teaching/learning, but here's what I think:

  • classrooms are interesting when there are many students at once, otherwise I guess chat in normal games should be simpler. I only once tried to join a classroom randomly but left soon after:
the teacher talked about some classical games without paying any attentions to comments in chat, and what he said was quite confusing, not very inspiring.
I guess it can be better, esp. if the teacher interacts with students and tells more interesting stuff.
  • maybe occasionally the teacher also can invite his/their students to watch him playing live (or vice-versa: he watches them playing) and guess moves, and afterwards discuss the game & guesses etc ?

EDIT/PS: sorry, I started writing this before GabT's answer was here. These were just my thoughts, no "official" answer! happy.png

I agree with MF. classrooms are super boring. So, I prapose that we make it so that all of the students and teachers are all in one clasroom.

dont think its a good idea, considering not everybody gonna be online, and also we have to consider different levels
